Today, we are thrilled to announce that we have finalized the MonaVie India Compensation Plan! This is a great milestone as we aggressively move forward to complete the structure of our business in India and head toward a successful, full-country launch during the fourth quarter of 2011.

 View the MonaVie India Compensation Plan and begin showing potential India distributors how they will be able to achieve more through one of the most innovative and dynamic compensation plans in the direct selling industry.
Please carefully read through the document and note that due to local government regulations, the MonaVie India Compensation Plan is likely different from the Compensation you may have seen before. Below are some of the key differences that you will notice.
Preferred Customer Program and Top Retailers Award
Due to consumer regulations in India, the preferred customer program will not be part of the MonaVie India Compensation Plan. We will continue to seek approval from the government regarding this program.
Top retailers in India will be given a Top Retailers Award as administered by their local distributor service center. Awards may be in the form of cash or prizes, depending on the center’s preference. Awards across each center will be of equal value.
Simplified Rank Qualifications
You will also notice that we have simplified many rank qualifications for India. For instance, to advance to an Executive Rank (Bronze–Gold), you do not need to have a qualified Star 500 or above in your personal enrollment tree leg. And, for most of our Executive Elite Ranks (Ruby–Hawaiian Blue Diamond), we have lowered the amount of enrollment tree volume needed. We trust these changes will help distributors in India achieve more success, more quickly.
Active and Qualified Requirements
At the launch of MonaVie India, distributors in this market will be considered active by making a personal purchase of at least 50 PV every four weeks (50-active). For instance, they will be able to earn a First Order Bonus, Rank Advancement Bonus, and Team Bonus when they are at least 50-active. Distributors will earn higher bonus amounts if they are 100-active or 200-active.
To be considered qualified, distributors in India must simply have one personally sponsored distributor in each placement leg that is active.
New Rank Advancement Bonus
Through our new Rank Advancement Bonus, we are helping new distributors experience immediate success. As they advance through the Star ranks, distributors will receive an extra 25–100 GBU. To earn each bonus, distributors must be at least 50-active and qualified.
Earn 25 GBU when you become a Star 250
Earn 50 GBU when you become a Star 500
Earn 100 GBU when you become a Star 1000
New Star 250 Rank
We are thrilled to add another stepping stone to distributor success with the introduction of the Star 250 rank. To become a Star 250, distributors must be at least 50-active, qualified, and have 250 GV in each placement tree leg for a one-week period.
Team Bonus Requirements
The Team Bonus Group Volume (GV) requirement has been reduced to 100 GV on each placement tree leg in the bonus week.
